We recently worked with Cynthia at Beyond Properties Realty to sell an investment property in
Oak Park. We have bought and sold many properties over the past 20 years and have worked
with many realtors on the buy and sell side, I can't say anything but positive things about the
experience. From the start, Cynthia was on top of it. I interviewed 3 realtors to list the property, 2
never followed up. Cynthia not only followed up, but left an impression that I knew she was the
right person to hire. She is knowledgeable about the market, general construction expertise, is
determined, a get the job done attitude and extremely responsive. Cynthia is a true professional
and we highly recommend her for all of your buying/selling needs.
We LOVED working with Cynthia - she was heads and shoulders above other realtors we've
worked with in the past, and really impressed us with her willingness to leverage technology to
help us find our dream home from a distance (of 2000 miles). First, we spent a weekend with
Cynthia in person, visiting houses and getting to know each other. We were impressed by her
warm enthusiasm and passion for her work - this woman loves her job. She paid close attention
to our preferences and didn't make us feel like we were too picky, while bringing her experience
to the equation so we could quickly understand the parameters of this market. Then she sent us
listings regularly over the course of several months, where we'd indicate what we liked/ didn't
and why, and often we'd have follow-up conversations. I'm sure lots of realtors do this - but the
big difference we felt is that Cynthia actually synthesized our feedback and got to know us
better. When she came across our dream house in January, she was as excited as we were! She
was the first realtor in the house, heading over in a huge snowstorm (plows weren't even out yet)
to cheerfully video her visit in detail. She uploaded 30+ videos into Dropbox for us and ... long
story short, we bought the house ... then flew to see it in person! We were so confident in our
relationship, her understanding of what we were looking for, and her detailed knowledge of the
Oak Park real estate landscape, that we knew we could trust both our gut reaction to the videos
and her. We are thrilled to be in Oak Park, over the moon with our home, and will never stop
recommending Cynthia to our friends and neighbors!
